So far, so good. Just have to remember that lbs come off slowly; not as fast as they went on....I ate more pasta than I should have this past week, but tried to keep the fat grams down.
65.0 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
