so i am very discouraged due to this up and down weight
had a really hard time eating properly but i did!
so now i am 196lbs

so here we go sunday! gonna be hard with being home all day with hubby and kids and being movie nite and chips
88.9 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
