Broke through to the 180's this morning!! I haven't seen the 180's in about 8 or 9 years. I feel like I am crawling at this point but I plan to up water intake today and see if that helps. Maybe a little green tea as well...a good fat flusher. I had a STRONG sugar craving yesterday no doubt because I am about to start my period. That usually happens to me. I resisted!! Just made some whipped cream from heavy cream with splenda and ate a tablespoon of it. It got me through :)
86.0 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 20.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
