Think I'm gonna stay home today. My throat glands are so swollen it's hard (and hurts) to talk. I hate feeling sick! Gonna load up on Vitamin C today. Mom suggested Super B as well, but will need to go get that.
Looks like I had another good day on the scale.

106.4 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg. Still to go: 38.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
