Well I followed the diet rules yesterday and started off with a good start this morning. The P90x work out for the first day was hell on wheels. It burned so bad! And I am in pain this morning, my muscles are really sore. I hate the guy that made P90x!!! lol Just kidding. But I really dislike him and his positive attitude about so much pain! I still weigh the same duh! Only been a day. But I can say that I am extremely proud of myself. And I only have one cigarette to last me the entire day. We will see how that holds up. Might go crazy! lol
