I started Fat secret because my boyfriend has used this site for weight loss and he suggested that I use it for myself to live a healthier lifestyle. This is the first time in my life I have ever kept track of what I ate or how much weight I lost within a particular amount of time. But I think that it is time for a change, it is time to get in shape and feel good about myself. Along with tracking my calorie intake I will be starting the P90x program with my boyfriend (which I dread..shh don't tell him.) And I will also be quitting my horrible habit of smoking. And I have Max to thank!
