i have been eating too much carbs. crackers. brread. i need more fruit veg and wh grains.
MY FEET STILL HURT. I HAVE ALONG WAY TO GO.
94.2 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.2 kg a Week
