Need to do better! Have been bad about recording food and water intake this week because my weigh in on monday showed a gain :( I know it's counterproductive to get so discouraged I stop complying 100% with the program, will do better. It's been an up and down week.
65.0 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 15.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
