It's TOM, so I'm still happy that I am losing some, will weigh in later this week to really see how much lost since I usually gain 4-5 pounds on TOM from water weight.

Need to do better! Have been bad about recording food and water intake this week because my weigh in on monday showed a gain :( I know it's counterproductive to get so discouraged I stop complying 100% with the program, will do better. It's been an up and down week.
