fast day today. Have to make up ground for big party we threw on Sunday. It will set me back half a week, but I had fun and ate and drank everything I wanted. Part had been scheduled months ahead of time..so back to the grindstone. Nothing on schedule to interfere with diet till early August.

Wife and I threw a Tour de france party for our cycling club yesterday. crackers, meat, cheese, beer, chocolate..etc...someone even brought "jello shots"....

totally blew it yesterday (It was planeed) but i feel sick and hungover...yuk...time to get back in it hard...no parties or trips planned for at least 3 weeks.

Lots of carbs last night on my cheat meal. Maybe over done it. who knows Next week I am going to target less.

2 lbs???

Anyone hav any idea how I gained two pounds yesterday while I ate only 32 g of carbs and I was 400 calories below target for the day?

Do you think salty wings combined with lots of water would do that?

I have held steady or gained 0.5 pound due to water but never 2 lbs.
