Week 2, down! I know weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint but I love to see that number go down!
I went to 'Yoga for the Cure 🏵' yesterday, and it was a blast! I'm really no longer nervous about going to the gym. (A couple of weeks ago I would not have believed I would be saying that!)

So, I went to the gym this morning.
Pretty empty when I arrived, but 30mins in there was a free yoga class. 🧘♀️I thought that you needed to sign up for them or something but nope! The instructor got me a mat, blocks ect. (Not judgemental at all!) And an hour later, I was sweaty and feeling muscles that I forgot I had... and this was the 'easy' class, haha.
I'd say my first time at the gym was a success!

Going to the gym for the first time tomorrow. I'm anxious. Almost 'sick to my stomach' nervous to be honest. Part of me hopes it's empty so no one will look at me, but part of me also wants to meet people.
Either way, I'm going. I've already paid for the next 30 days, and if there's one thing I hate it's waste. Wish me luck!
