Down 8 lbs in one week?! I stepped off the scale and back on at least 3 times... was hoping for a drop, but didn't expect that much off one! 😉

Steak with Mushrooms and Red Onions, Greek Salad with Cucumber, Tomatoes, Red Onion, Feta Cheese and Italian Balsamic. 390 cals.

I managed to do 1.5 miles on the treadmill last night, in 35 minutes. I realize that doesn't seem very fast, but for me it's a personal victory. I was sweating like no tomorrow by the end, but so happy that I did it. I'm going to have to go again tonight. 🤓
