My WW office was closed this morning due to the weather...sigh....will try again tomorrow on my way to work. So no update for today yet, hoping for about a pound again but we'll see !!!

I did much better with the "hungries" today, ate more fats and protein and had less carbs. Stayed within my points with a few to spare, and well within my calories. Not a super active day either, stayed home from work and didn't go anywhere else. Back to work tomorrow. It will be Friday, so that's weigh in day at WW, and it's going to be close...over the course of the week I'm right where I was last Friday, so again I've got to make some changes and choices. I KNOW I've got to adjust those carbs.

Snowed in day, and I can see how easy it is to overeat on a day like this. I'm still under my RDI (but I really don't like to eat more than 1400 with the light activity I've had today) but I ate 40 points worth of food on a 29 point allowance......thankfully I had some activity points earned to absorb all of it except a few, then I dipped into my weekly by 3. But experience tells me Friday will be a tough weigh-in day, even with being more strict tomorrow. BUT it's been a good learning day for me, so I'll chalk it up to "live and learn" :P

MORE YUMMY TREATS
!! Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurts. I've been trying different flavors, and I REALLY like the Toasted Coconut Vanilla (it's a blend) and the Pineapple (fruit on the bottom). 80 calories and 2 WW points also, fat free and has 12 grams of protein. I did not care fore the Key Lime Pie blend, it was too sweet.
If you want to step up in calories and one additional WW Point, the Oikos Honey is delicious, as is the Pomegranate.
Strawberry in both is good too, as is the blueberry and blackberry. Try the Toasted Coconut Vanilla and the Pineapple, though - they were
REALLY REALLY GOOD !!!

A small loss, but since I lost so much last week (4.6 lbs) I was expecting it. Almost a pound is nearly on track with what I hope to accomplish going forward, which is one pound per week. On to the next week! Working to reduce bad carbs and sodium, and increase protein.
But there's a milestone to observe, too......60 pounds lost and I'm now in ONEderland :). 199.8, wow....never thought I'd see the number 1 in front of my weight again! :D
