Still carb-heavy today, but about 56g of the 179 total WAS healthy fruit. Sodium through the roof, too much in the Green Giant Broccoli, and of course soups are heavy in sodium but I'll not buy that variety of boxed veggie again !!! Fat not as high as I wanted, but protein very good at 86g. Watching for the evening hungries again and hoping they will not raise their head tonight before bed. Need to go to bed earlier but wanted to see Jimmy Fallon's first night as host of the Tonight Show.....

Mall-walked at lunch today - one complete circuit is .75 miles, I did two for 1.5 miles, 80% at a fast clip and 20% in cool-down mode. Would have done more but only had 30 minutes left of my lunch hour and had to get back to work. Felt good ! And I have no excuse not to do this - I work here.....so, I'm going to commit to 3 days out of 5 and try for more if I can work them into the day. I would like to do a 5K WALK on March 15 and this will be good conditioning.

Still battling the hungries tonight, gave in and had an apple at 9pm. A good day, nevertheless :) Night, all !!!!

I've increased my fats the past two days, and kept carbs today under 100. Tummy is rebelling. Over WW points by 2 today and yesterday each, but had enough Activity Points from yesterday to absorb it all. Still going to keep trying the experiment. Will be interesting to see if the "hungries" will be less this evening, around 10pm or so.

Happy, Happy, Happy :) On to the next week and the next pound ! Going to experiment with increasing fats and decreasing carbs this week.
