Had an awesome Chinese takeout, today. My dad twisted my arm. xD Portion of chips and a pork curry. T'was lush. Wish I could log it properly. >.<
Also bought a ton of boring oats (even Sainsbury's Basics, so hopefully they have piled a ton of crap in them) with some fruit and nuts, which I plan to have every morning, mixed with my chocolate-flavoured protein shake. So, I'll essentially get plenty of fiber (something I've apparently lacked) and protein in the morning! I'll have to weigh the oats every morning, though, which will be tedius as balls, but oh well. No pain (...in the arse) no gain.

Same workout as yesterday. Gonna see how many days in a row I can be bothered to keep up this saaaaame routine. xD My diet really has gone bad, though. I trying to level best to keep it from going completely off the rails, and I think I'm kinda managing. I'm still eating the usual healthy stuff, but including more unhealthy stuff, as well. I have a feeling it all went bad when I got that cheesecake, as it kinda made my body get addicted to sugar again. I need a detox. x_x
It also seems like I've visibly gained body fat, which is really depressing, but it's not huge amounts... just that the belly is more... bellylike. It's likely just the starch and salt in the crap I've been eating which has absorbed the water, making me look worse off; that's what I'll tell myself at night. :P
Gotta say, though - I'm feeling quite strong, lately. Despite the bodyfat, I'm looking relatively...notweak.

Can't log it properly because I don't think there's an entry that matches what I just did:
20 minutes, 1:30 total of 30s rests. Circuit style (30 second intervals) plank, jogging on the spot, pushups, high knees, mountain climbers, jumping jacks, and crunches. (in no particular order) Felt great. Just wanted to get in some cardio. It was quite tough, so I feel I pushed myself. Going to try that routine as often as I can manage and have the time for.
(if I'm going to fail and eat shite, I might as well burn off even more calories to compensate lol)

Weighed myself yesterday, and apparently I'm at 175lbs. Not sure what to think of that. I should have gained weight, because of the muscle gain, although I have lost quite a lot of body fat. I are confuzzled. I guess maye I've lost more body fat than the weight of which I've gained in muscle.
Ate a lush meal with my folks for a change. Faggots, vegetables, and spicy chips. Not tons of it, as there's no way I could eat the size of meals that I used to.
Later treated myself again... too many treats, lately! I need more self-control.

I feel weak. I feel as though I look weak. I feel small, I feel as though I look small. I'm more defined, so that's something. Lost more bodyfat. Feels like I've lost strength and muscle, though.
I've been struggling with sleep due to stresses and other things getting in the way, so that hasn't helped. I've not eaten as much as I should do, at times, and I lowered the protein, which I'm wondering if was a bad idea.
I took a few days out of working out (minus the odd exercise here and there) because of the aches and pains I had, and I didn't wanna just do more damage. My neck and shoulders were already stiff as hell, but they appears to be loosening up a bit.
The real issue is probably sleep. If I don't get enough of it, which I usually don't, it screws with my recovery, makes me lethargic thus weak, and screws with my apetite.
