All the exercise is paying off. Eating right, making healthy choices, drinking water...
NOT
drinking alcohol every night. Wow. What a difference! Scale isn't moving fast, but it is moving. More importantly I can see it! So I am totally committed to coming here, journaling and staying motivated to reach my goal and then maintain it.

On a happy note, I know most of the initial weight loss was water, but almost 4 weeks later, it's clear I've actually 'lost' some weight. I dropped a pants size. On Monday my pants were falling off, I actually had to roll the waist seam over in order to keep them up. My next size pants, which I haven't fit into in over a year felt great. I didn't look like a stuffed sausage.
Off to get a morning run in! It's a clear, cool and crisp fall day up here in VERMONT.

10.5 lbs!!!! Yay. My new mini-goal is 149.5 - just 5 more pounds to get out of the 150s....Keeping my eye on the prize. New wardrobe for Christmas!
