I seem to be on another plateau, so I need to change my routine up. Frustrating when it seemed like big movement was coming and then stall....
Garbage came 4 hours early today so hubs and I were running everything out when we heard it coming.

Someone just commented to another person who wasn't motivated to exercise that you don't need to exercise to lose fat. Exercise will elevate your mood only. Is that the kind of support people are looking for on this page? I want to learn and be inspired. There is no easy way out of this.

Found an article for when people say they cant give up a certain food:
I’ve written a little bit about this before but one of the biggest things that I tell myself is that I’m not being deprived of anything. I’m not being punished. And there aren’t foods that I can’t have. I’ve practiced flipping things around in my mind so that I think about what eating the food would be TAKING FROM ME. Fatty, deep fried, sugary and ooey gooey things deprived me of my self esteem. That food took away clothing choices when I went shopping. That food made me insecure while being romantic with my husband. That food made me bloated and puffy and made me appear ten years older. That food deprived me of enjoying myself at the beach or the pool with my kids. It was the food that was depriving me of my health.
Now that I exercise and eat right on a daily basis not only can I go into my closet and pick out anything that I feel like wearing, I have the energy, the confidence and the motivation to get out there and DO things I never would have considered five years ago. And even more importantly, I have my health back. Just a few short years ago I was placed on all types of mood enhancing drugs, countless meds for high blood pressure and everything and anything I could take to get to sleep. But since I’ve modified my lifestyle I have been taken off of these drugs and have added ten years to my life. I am about to turn forty but my health and appearance are IMPROVING! I sleep like a baby, any signs of anxiety and depression are gone and BP and heartrate are better now than they were when I was 18.
So the next time you feel like making the right food choice is depriving you of something you really enjoy stop and think about what that food is taking away from you!

So cheating in high school meant I got away with writing answers on a test, however I never learned the material.
Cheating on a food plan means I eat something I think will give me immense pleasure, however it lasts for only a few seconds, and then my body reacts by feeling ill or gaining weight. Some may have guilt from sabotaging themselves as well.
Be in control of what goes in your mouth, do not give your power to food.
Whew!
1 hour on the bike, 1/2 hour of upper body weight training
Love seeing the muscles that are growing stronger each day!
