Tomorrow is the weigh in and i can't wait to see how much in total i've lost since i began ATKINS :D, i think did considerably good, perhaps i had higher expectations but i always do, so unrealistic, but now i think i'm okay with whatever i could get, i checked couple of ATKINS members weight histories and i realized how patient they were for months although they lost an average of 0.7 kgs per week, and i'm losing a little bit more than that, so no matter how long i'll wait for two months and see the results :D ,,, thank you all for your support.

SO0o0o0o0o,,, i noticed a great weight loss this week, i'm not gonna weigh in until this saturday because i'm hoping to lose some more so i can feel closer to reach my goal which is to lose a max of 10 kgs and a minimum of 8kgs. so far this month i've lost 0.8 kgs, i still got 9.2 kgs to go, seeing it like this seems easier, i no longer think about food which is amazing for me, my mom is making me all sorts of Induction phase food to make sure i'm eating at least 800 calories a day and i eat vegetabeles, which sometimes i tend to skip, i think Goal#1 can be done this month which is really exciting, to encourage myself i saw couple of before and after transformation videos on youtube and that really made me feel optimistic and how silly all my fears were, so i recommend all of you out there reading my journal to check out this video on youtube, i think you'll be very impressed.
This girl actually weight on her heaviest 300 pounds, and now she is 110!!!! which is below her target weight she is not exactly on atkins but the determination she gave and the huge difference between her now and how she used to be is just remarkable!

everytime i check FatSecret i stare at my weight history chart, and i keep trying to predict how much will it take in months to reach 94kgs or how many months will it take to be 70kgs and it is driving me crazy !!! but i still have the energy to exercise and diet i didn't ruin my diet once i lost all kinds of cravings ,, i know that for sure now because i went to a friend's birthday party i didn't even take a second look at the birthday cake i did however drink a diet soda which is okay although i wanted to cut it out of my diet completely, but for some reason it tasted horrible, i didn't like it, i thought it was too sweet!!! although it is diet soda but i didn't love it one bit.
i can't wait to weigh myself on saturday and see how much i lost this week, no matter how much i'll do better next week for sure.

today was exhausting especially that i haven't slept since yesterday, BUT i still went to the gym exercised for about an hour and more give or take 10 min. It felt great i got dizzy at first i guess because i was really sleepy but i got a boost of energy all of a sudden and enjoyed it, not as much when one is awake, however, i feel really good about this week and i think that i will be able to lose a max of 2kgs and a minimum of 1.5 kgs *fingers crossed*, Thanks to all for your help through the past few days i was able to pick up where i started and i seroiusly feel like i can do it this time :D

I’m beginning to have this persistent need to weigh myself every single day when I wake just to see my daily weight loss progress and I believe in the middle of all that I became obsessed with losing weight so much, that got me so depressed couple of days ago, but I suppose I just wanted to see how well I was doing and If I didn’t lose weight maybe there is something wrong in my diet that needs to be fixed but in the same time it is creating a problem for me. But I decided that perhaps the best way for me is to stick to weighing myself once a week, but I’m not sure of the proper way to do that, does anyone of you guys have a suggestion??
