i don't know what the hell is going on ,,, but i woke up today with 0.7 kg extra weight :S ,,, i've been following the diet to the letter,, gosh i'm not sure what to do anymore ,, i know i lost 5 kgs but maybe it is because of my diet changing ,,, can someone tell me if it is neccessary to have exactly 20 g of net carbs??? is this weight gain because i'm eating above 1000 calories?? or is this my body adjusting to the change of calorie intake?? the whole point of me doing atkins is to stop counting calories and only count carbs and thats it. .. i hope i'm panicking over nothing . . .

so today my check list was 100% accomplished :D and i feel really great about it, especially that i'm being strict with myself
* i had 19.6 net carbs << i always doubt myself though when i count net carbs because i don't know how accurate the carb counter of atkins is.
* i didnt have exactly 1200 calories but i had 1144 calories << and again i don't know how accurate the information is.
* i had 6 small bottles of water i think even more because i have this 1 L bottle that i drank from about 2 times.
* didn't drink any soda << which is probably the reason behind me drinking all that water.
* didn't drink coffee << i'm not much of a coffee person so this one was easy :P.
* didn't eat anything after 9 pm.
* didn't have to use any artificial sweetners << although i miss having tea now :(

my graduation party is getting closer and i can't wait to look my best :D especially that we'll be taking alot of pictures it will be such a great memory of both my graduation and my huge weight loss hopefully, i feel energetic more than ever, and it feels like i got a new boost of energy although i wasn't feeling as well earlier today. I created a check list today so i follow for the next 4 weeks and see if there is going to be any difference in my weight loss, i'm also thinking of making a scrap book to observe my weight changes for the next few months i know it is kinda cheesy but i'm gonna have alot of free time in couple of weeks and i couldn't think of anything better to do than make sure i'm enjoying this weightloss.

although today i recorded a great weigh in, and lost 0.9 kgs i feel lousy and i didn't exercise, i'm planning however to pick up where i started tomorrow, i feel so lazy and sleepy, but this is probably the weather, i kinda miss hot chocolate now especially when i'm freezing, i can't drink tea anymore because it makes me dizzy, i can't drink coffee because i'm not allowed to use cafe mate which has alot of carbs. so tomorrow i'll kick ass in the gym i'm going to put all this behind me and i'm planning to lose in the next 19 days 4 kgs ,,, so, wish me luck :)

Changes I want to make for the next couple of months:
1. No more Soda of any kind.
2. I no longer want to use artificial sweetners << apparently they are really bad for you.
3. No dinner after 9 pm.
4. Have breakfast EVERYDAY.
5. Make sure to eat every 4 hours. (of course within the limit of 20 g)
6. Make sure to eat up to 1000 calories every day.
7. No more dinning out, (apparently there are hidden carbs in restraunt food).
i'm writing these changes here because i want to see them whenever i log in so i dont get off track.
if you have any suggestions or think i might need to adjust some of my planned changes please do tell me, because most of you are more experienced in ATKINS than i am.
