Was not too happy to see the gain, but I think I have only been loosing water weight n the lack of food is not so good for the system. Anyway tomorrow is another day. It was good today.

I am so thrilled. I personally had a mini goal and I met it today. I m so pumped, I watch every bite that goes in my mouth.
I missed exercising a couple of days ago, but started up gain yesterday. Walking with weights an then working my arms.
I ask God to keep me strong and help me to stay on this diet.
