Health isn’t about just what we put in our mouth and I think that has become the norm. Better arterial pressure effects your heart and brain. Cognitive function and how hard the heart has to work.

Carb up was yesterday. Definitely showed during my workout, the pump was INSANE.

3x10r superset tricep ext & hammer curls
Snatch grip shrug
Current template progresses on the amount of reps I get on my AMRAP. Have to ease back in after not lifting for two months (thanks covid)

Morning ritual :
✔️6oz espresso
✔️600mg ksm-66 and 400mg whole root ashwaganda (bioprine for absorption).
Also, Donut Friar in TN was hands down the best donut joint I’ve been to.
