Excited excited! Waiting for my new crock pot to come via HSN! First thing I'm cookin' is chicken thighs in tikka marsala sauce! Shoulda purchased two jars of sauce but oh well...put half the tray of thighs in the freezer. Thing I'm missing most right now is mashed taters and gravy. Maybe I'll add a little arrowroot to the sauce.... mmmm...

Had a great time with my sister, Marianne (well, sister from another mother ha ha!) It's how I "claim" my Greek-Italian heritage! PF Changs. May I say I do miss rice? So, I indulged.. but with sushi and just a pork fried rice. Marianne NOTICED my weight loss and made a comment that I lost more weight than I realize! Yeah! She wanted to know what I was doing so, i told her "keto" and later last night sent her vids from the tube. We shared everything..crab wontons, I ate 3. Shrimp tempura, I had 4, and onE dish of pork fried rice. There were leftovers of the rice which she packed and took home because I ONLY WANTED WHAT I COULD CONSUME..nothing came home with me! She said, "you are serious about this and I can see the results. I need to get on the ball, Avis." Oh yes...great lunch..just one more December 26 but until then, I'm all prepped up for KETO!!!!

Well, today is another holiday event with my "sister" Marianne. PF Changs. Oh I will try to control myself. I have one more holiday lunch next week - the day after Christmas and then that's it! I think I'll stay off the scale until Dec 31. Wanna get a fresh reading for the new year. One thing is good is that I'm all STOCKED UP with great food. Didn't buy any eggs though... eggs seem to be making me queazy. Wish I knew what subs for eggs to use that don't make me sick.

Well.. Avis had some chips and salsa at the show last night.. I took my tea bags and my sweetener but the venue DIDN'T HAVE HOT WATER FOR TEA! Ok, that shot my good intentions. I should have been more prepared..taken my mug, a thermos and my tea bags! I don't think it would have caused a problem.
Show was fantastic..and the table ordered food..so I had delicious corn chips and salsa..and I had some nachos with cheese and pulled pork.. actually not that bad other than hidden sugars...right? I was good.. I had water! No alcohol or soda!
No food in the house. I need to shop. Tomorrow I will.
