Had a great workout today. My legs are still on fire but doing better after working out and stretching. I always feel so much better after i workout!
Today I am going to focus on drinking all my liquid and getting closer to my 1400 calories.
Tomorrow is weigh day!

Got to the gym today! Yay! I had an awesome workout. I did 30 minutes of cardio. 3.16 miles. Then I did 60 reps on the scary Ab machine followed by an upper body workout - dumbbell chest flies, bicep curls(with and without squats),and Bent over raises. I feel like I really pushed myself.

have been without a car so no gym. It's hard to exercise at home but I AM going to do it! My weight has been at 24.4 since the day after I weighed in last week officailly so I am changng it. It's only 1/2 a pound difference so I'm not going to worry about it. As long as I kep making the right choices and actually get some exercise I will be ok.

Had a good weekend. Had a few treats but tried to keep it under control. I really enjoyed the apple turnovers we made. They were super yummy. I am liking this new tradition of having something special on Sunday evening. It really helps me stay focused during the week when I get a craving for something really bad!
Gotta get some exercise in today. Still have no car so I need to do it at home. I am really missing having a treadmill in the house! Oh well. I guess I'll just have to pull out a video and kick the kids out of the house so I can actually DO IT! LOL. I know I will feel better if I can get in some good solid EXERCISE!

Super excited about the scale. I know that's not the only measure of progress and maybe not even the best measure of progress but I am still happy anyway!
