I got to the gym this morning and had a great workout. I feel like I am getting back to the right frame of mind again and focus as far as losing weight goes. I am fine when I stick to my guns and don't allow junk in the house. I just have to be really disciplined with myself. I usually have a cheat day (Sunday) and that halps alot but the past few weeks have seen too many cheat days. I have finally dropped the few pounds of water weight that I was holding onto. I need to go back to my plan. It works for me. Consume between 1000-1500 calories a day for 6 days a week. Go to the gym 5 days a week. Have one cheat day, not a whole day of eating bad, but allowing myself to eat a little more carbs/calories and having a fantastic dessert. When I stick to this I feel better. I also lose weight. I so deperately want to lose this weight. Right now I am working on getting to 200. Even though I will still be severely over weight, I know I will feel like a whole new person. I know I can do this!
