I hate it when I waste valuable calories/carbs/etc. on a poor choice of a meal.Bleh!!Lunch was awefully gross.My chicken dip creation left much to be desired.boohoo.Ever the bain of the impromptu chef ;)

I refuse to be a slave to the scale but...it draws me in every time i go to the bathroom AND since I'm drinking buttloads of water i'm there often.Hehehe,
The other day,I got super down about a pair of size 16 jeans that I got in mail that didnt fit,I went ahead and went off my diet for a nite.BAD BAD-I know.I worked thru it tho guys.I went back on next morning.
But funny thing is,that I got another pair of 16 jeans (diff.brand)today-and those fit perfectly.Moral of the story?Levis sucks!No no just kidding.The real lesson learned is that I can not let a material thing dictate how well I'm doing,the measurement of my personal success comes from within.
Pixi-I still havent got myself a measuring tape BUT next time I go out,I will pick one up!I tried my daughter's 12inch ruler But that didnt work so well.lol

Uhoh-I gained a few pounds.I suspect it's from my dalliance with carbs on Sat. and the consequence of not exercising.My first thought was to starve myself and just go on a liquid diet.But that only lasted 15 minutes.And I "broke" down and had some breakfast.LOL-JUST kidding!!(I know that isn't very healthy and the results can slow my weightloss way down.)It was me acting like a spolit and that was the extent of my tantrum.All full now and jumping in tub before I head out and do my walking.Yes-I gained a little back-I' m just trying to not let it discourage me and instead let it ENcourage me to continue a CORRECT diet plan and exercise regime!
ANd-thats my MONDAY so far...How yeww doin'??
Side note:Fs cracks me up.The weight diagnosticator(word?lol) indicated I am gaining a rapid weight of 10.5 a week.I should reach my goal weight...Never.L.O.L!!!! NEVER SAY NEVER ;)
