Had my regular coffee in the am with 1 piece of uncured bacon and then had my bulletproof coffee at 11:00.

Sunday - Had bulletproof coffee around 10:00 and finished with dinner around 6:00. I did have a small glass of red wine around 8:00. Lots of errands but no treadmill today. Sticking to marcros pretty well!Need to drink more water!
