Since my weigh in two years ago have had huge problems getting my weight down, in fact I went up to 71 kgs even early this year.
Have now come down to 67.5 to be precise and I'm trying hard to follow with my sensible eating plan:
1. Drink lots of water
2. NO chocolates, chips or snacks of this kind except on VERY rare occasions
3. Very little rice
4. Lots of high fibre/Low GI bread
5. Lots of raw veggies (trying this one out)
6. Controlling the refined flour products - eg. noodles, pasta, biscuits, cake, etc
7. Eating protein portions first Eg. chicken breast, lean mutton, fish, etc.
8. Practically NO ice cream or other desserts

Have decided that I'll cut down the amount of rice that I'm eating to start with. Was good today had only half the usual quantity of rice that I usually eat. But couldn't cut out the potatoes!
