Have not been able to go for Zumba this weekend and am UNHAPPY. Will be going to the doctors for a consult as the cough is not getting better.
Have been quite naughty with the chips - note to self - DO NOT buy chips even if "it's for the girls"!!

Am hoping to go for Zumba today. Not too well as I'm still coughing. Hope I can get at least half an hour done.
Went a little crazy yesterday with the baguette crackers and the thai coriander dip. So sorry!!
I have a goal to reach 65kgs by the end of September. Fingers crossed, I can do it!!! That will be a real achievement for me! And then it's only 7kgs more before I hit my goal weight. By then I should be accustomed to eating correctly.
Have not managed to go for zumba today and so I'm a little upset with myself. Also snacked on 4 sev puri puris, half an apple, i ryvita with the dip and some more dip!!

Weighed myself this morning - 67 kgs still. Not quite satisfied, but I'm getting there. I WILL do it! Keeping a tab on my calorific intake on Fatsecret has been a huge help - I wait to see what's happening whenever I log on - whether I've tried to keep my calories under 1500 kcal.
Am hoping to weigh myself in a week's time although I will hop on to the scales every now and again.
Got on the cross trainer today - 12 mins or so and a little Zumba practice:D
