Protein shake with almond milk
Why I ate it:
To make sure I got enough protein for the day and to try and stay full overnight.
What I ate:
Hot fudge sundae.
Why I ate it:
It tasted good. My husband went out and bought the stuff to celebrate the end of his school semester. I managed to eat only a single serving but the night is not over yet, unfortunately.

3 pieces gluten-free pizza
Why I ate it:
Tasted good, felt like experimenting with homemade sauce, slightly hungry
What I drank:
Diet Dr. Pepper

Went well with pizza

maple-cured baked beans with four slices of bacon
Why I ate it:
It was available and easy to heat up. I added bacon to enhance the taste.

One packet of cinnamon roll oatmeal, made with almond milk and topped with one tablespoon of peanut butter.
Why I ate it:
Hungry, good taste, added peanut butter for protein and to improve taste, added almond milk instead of water for better taste

Coffee
Why I drank it:
Good taste, to avoid caffeine headache
What I drank:
Water
Why I drank it:
Thirsty, to counteract the water retention from all the carbs in the oatmeal
