Day two of using FS; I recorded everything down which I've eaten today, and made sure to go outside to get a brisk walk in and the sunshine. My garden is beginning to grow. The cherry tomatoes got a lot of sunlight and hopefully the dill weed will grow faster thanks to the Miracle Gro I put in there. Slugs are still eating my basil, but my cilantro and parsley are being left alone and growing well.

Starting this website to hold myself accountable to my health. Obesity, diabetes, COPD, depression, arthritis, cardiovascular issues; this all runs in the family. I have to get better at making healthier decisions for myself.
I have to shed the weight around my waistline.
I have to remember that "when it goes pass the mouth ain't no way for that sugar out" except through a lot of exercising. I need to get better at that.
Walking. Cycling. Abdominal workouts.
I owe it to my health and life to not end up stupidly sick because I can't control my weight.
