Been eating less because I was getting ready for a colonoscopy for my UC. Looks like things have become worse, I am failing Humira, there are ulcers open in me, and I have a stricture where even the pediatric scope couldn't pass through. This means I'll be looking at having my ascending colon and part of my transverse colon removed. I'm not shocked or saddened by it, just dealing with the facts in a Vulcan way. Lots of baby food, soups and mashed foods in my future.

It takes walking 2-3 miles a day, eating under 1000 cals a day, and not having any sneaky snacks, that I'm beginning to lose weight. Nevermind I have to get my synthroid checked again. I wish I had a mini flare, then the tire around my gut could do the job it's meant to and feed my body.
