Not sure what happened, but I am finding this place not as useful. (Or maybe I just got out of bed on the wrong side).

I find it tiresome to log food. Having done it for a few months, I pretty much know what to eat and how much to eat and know I could get skinnier as long as I am home or at some "civilized" city with decent choice of food. So instead of being here on a daily basis, I might just log in periodically to record weight/inches.

The forum is not much help, neither. It seems that the same topics are being discussed over and over again, not a lot of new ideas. It also irritates me when people are obsessed with exactly how many calories this and that burns, down to sex. What about common sense and having a life? Make time for exercise, but don't beat yourself up if life gets in the way, just keep moving. And for god's sake don't give a thought about calories burned when you are trying to be romantic.

Yes, I am having a grumpy day. I think I can do the 15 lbs. on my own. The weather is warmer now, which always curbs my appetite.
