Food and weight all over the place, but I can actually see my triceps now! :-) And I am looking tighter all over. Time to ignore the scale and not worry too much about food but keep on working with the trainer.

Last day of logging food, on the road again tomorrow with sporadic access to internet and my normal food. Not expecting any drop in weight, will be happy to hold steady.
On the bright side, going to see the trainer (again) in a couple hours. ;-)

I get yelled at by the low-fat people because I don't do skim milk (like it exactly the way it comes out of the cow - raw and with all the cream) and never throw away an egg yolk. The low-carb people are also upset with me because I actually eat terrible things like bread and rice. The numbers are back (I have to do annual medical monitoring because of my job and they check everything):
HDL: 79
LDL: 86
Triglycerides: 58
Fasting glucose: 72
The doc said, "Just keep doing what you've been doing. See you next year".
