I did today's workout from 7:30pm. It was later, but better than nothing. Also, I was able to enjoy workout instead of feeling tough to follow, like the last week. It is a good sign of progress! This is the second week since I re-start my workout routine after the long break. It looks like I can accelerate the routine after the third week. I can't wait to mix it up with newer workout DVDs:)

Thanksgiving is just around the corner. I am going to buy a fresh turkey tomorrow, but I won't cook many things this year. It is better this way because our budget is tight and my husband's belly is growing...! I am also planning to grab a slow cooker on Black Friday this year. I am hoping it will help our budget.

Today's FIRM dvd is Cardio Overdrive (CO), which is the one of hardest ones. I was thinking to do the short version, but I gave a go to the full version. I did not get nauseate which was good. Also, I was able to with high intensity form for the most of the part. The part I could not do was jumping squats in "overdrive" part. I think I did pretty good as the first time after the long break. Tomorrow is Hard Core Fusion (HCF). I hope I can get it through to the end without nausea this time.

Food-wise, it was crazy today. Lunch was an awful choice, I know. I cooked rolled lasagna tonight, which I was planning to cook during in-laws' stay. I could not waste ingredients I already bought, so I finally cooked tonight. The leftover will be frozen. I have ingredients for pasta salad in refrig too. I cannot waste money, so I need to cook them. It was really crazy. The last time my mother-in-law came, she did not want to go out for eat. That's why I planned menu and bought ingredients in advance. Yet, this time, she wanted to go out for eat...! I was super upset, but what can I do? Oh, well.

*Lasagna recipe makes 12 rolls and listed as 6 servings. It means 2-rolls is 1 serving. When I look calorie, 1-roll (254kcal) for 1 serving is much more appropriate...
