I felt my body got more comfortable doing workout today. Today's routine was HDS (from the FIRM DVD), which should be easier if I am fit. At the same time, today was very cool day comparing to the last a couple of weeks. I wonder I felt more comfortable during workout because of room temperature. My weight is not showing good changes, but my muscles are coming back. I can feel which muscle I'm using while I am doing workout. That is why I like doing exercise :) I start feeling my body strength. My weight is not going down (yet), but it is worth doing workout, always. Now I need to focus more on what I'm eating.

Looking back this week, I skip one day for workout. I was so glued to news on that day that I forgot the time. Food-wise, I ate unhealthy meal here and there just because I didn't want to bother cooking. At the same time, I ate extra baking goods just because I baked them. I may need to plan my meals a little more careful, probably plan them out at least a day before. That should help my grocery shopping too.
I don't know why I don't drink water. I keep a glass of water near me, but I still don't drink! My husband often complains that I have glasses full of water everywhere that sit all day long, without being drunk. That tells it is not working LOL This has been my habit since I was little, so it is very hard to fix...

It is so weird how my weight has changed. I am still not drinking enough water and still irregular. Maybe, it is telling me that I should eat enough, not smaller. I hope it stays here.

Horrific explosions in Boston. I was so glued on twitter and website (because I don't have cable TV) that I ate my lunch really late, like almost 4 pm. If I skip my dinner, or whatever it is, I know I will be so hungry late night or tomorrow morning. I may eat something small later night, like 9 pm.

1) Do exercise five days a week. (M-HDF, T-CP, H-HDF, F-CO, S-HCF)
2) Aim 1300 kcal food intake.
3) Drink at least 4 cups of water.

Feeling good doing exercise. I can feel muscle ache that tells me which muscle I'm working on. I already feel that my posture while sitting is better because of using core muscles. From the FIRM DVD, I did Hi-Def Sculpt yesterday and am going to do Hard Core Fusion today. The rotation calendar I am using as reference is here:

I often gain weight when I start exercise after a long break. It may due to gaining muscle, which shouldn't be so drastic, or dehydration. Probably the latter. I'm super "irregular" too, so I really need water!
