I only weighed myself once yesterday and once this morning. Holding steady at 224. I am calming myself down. I finished off the leftovers for lunch today and I am going to the store tonight to pick up some groceries. Breakfast is tough. I usually don't eat it. I am not a breakfast person. I made the vegetable quice to go and I've been bringing it to work but I'm not crazy about it. I need to come up with something else. I have been doing some weight lifting 3x a week for the past couple of weeks and I plan to get started walking again. My greatest inspiration is my daughter. She is AWESOME. She has overcome great obstacles (has MS and thyroid problems)and lost a lot of weight and make lifestyle improvements eating healthy and exercising.

This morning I weighed myself and I am down to 224. I feel better today and I know that I should not weigh myself all the time but I admitt I am addicted to it!!! I am doing OK on the diet. I am trying to eat up holiday leftovers and I am getting tired of greenbeans and ham but its nearly gone and I look forward to moving onto Phase 2 in a few days and having some fruit.

I am driving myself nuts with the scale! I am obsessed with weighing myself! My weight is fluctuating wildly and I am getting discouraged. I am close to throwing in the towel again!
