Today is a good day.
The sun is out, the weather is warm and slightly breezy. I got to enjoy a few minutes of gardening before work this morning and I think my roses may actually bloom this weekend.
I have 2 signed leases for this week, which means I only have 6 properties left for the 2011 leasing year! A few of my AM showings canceled, so I'm missing out on valuable walking time for tours. I'll have to con the husband into taking a walk with me tonight to make up for it.
Diet is good the past two days. I think I'll sit down this weekend and schedule my lunches and snacks so that I don't go over. The fat secret android app isn't terribly useful for tracking, especially since I have to manually calculate the calories in all my homemade dishes. They really should have some sort of integration for that.
Catching up some paperwork, show two more properties, and possibly home early!

I've been to the gym twice this week so far and I forced Matrimonial Plaything to go grocery shopping with me this weekend, so I've been great about sticking to the meal plan. No eating out this week. My work schedule is
killing
me though. I haven't had time/energy after I get home from all these long days/late nights to weigh in, record my food, record my exercise or even get a full 8 worth of sleep. I need to build in some automatic "early out" days from work so that I can have a little me time. The wild vacillations in my schedule are driving me to look to treats like Coke to maintain my sanity and I've been giving in.
I know I need to weigh in, but I'd rather do it in the morning since that's when I do all my weigh ins. For now, it's nerd night here and Chez Ertel so I've got to go clean house and make dinner.

Up .2 pounds since Friday is a victory considering that the closest I got to a workout this weekend was lifting plants and potting soil while I planted my patio garden on Sunday. I didn't eat much of note this weekend because my tooth was throbbing, probably in anticipation of my root canal. Now that it's over, maybe I can get settled back into a routine. TRX in the morning, followed by a little Aqua Action in the evening perhaps?
