I work 8 to 11 hrs. a day. I do not get home until around 7pm. That is to late for me to eat a meal. Every night, my hubby has supper waiting. I have ask him over and over not to do that, but he is sure he knows what I need to be healthy. I do great 2 to 3 days a week, but bomb out the other 4 to 5 days! I take thyroid med, stuff for colesteral. and now I have liver deseise. Iam over 55, need to loose around 60 lbs. I am not sick yet, but I will be if I cannot turn things around. Little to no help at home.

I have been trying to enter all the foods I eat. No need doing that today. I went to work at 7am and came home at 8pm. I sent out for a hamburger (not on my diet) I ate a bowl of popcorn and drank a glass of milk after I got home. Not what I planned for my day, or my diet!

I did really good four days but three days I did not do so good. I did not go way over the top on eating, but I went over the 1500 calories I alow my self. I try to keep my calories around 1000 for myself not going over the 1500. I have lost the water weight, now I am losing weight!

It is amazing how hard I can work on a diet for 3 days and undo it in just 1 day. This week I have ate out 2 times and then I attended a cook out with friends. I will always have to watch and diet, and the deal is when I'm out, I am not on a diet. I do write down my calories and they do add up fast!!!

I have been keeping track of every thing I eat, but not today. I worked from 9am to 6:30pm. My hubby wanted to go out to eat. It is to late for me to eat at 7pm! That has happened twice this week. It kills my diet. Back on the wagon tomarrow. dj
