I did not do my walk today, but I did work from 7am to 8pm.

No matter how good I stick to what I stick in my face, without that physical exersice, it is not working. I do feel better, and I am not craving anything. Overall, I would call this week a success, and I will do better next week!

Went to shop for exercise equipment. My husband pretended not to know me when I got on the equipment to check it out. I have a staionary bike but I have loaned it out to some one who had surgery for their theropy. I am not sure what I want or need.

I lost no weight this week, but I lost 1 inch off my waist line in the last 2 weeks! I feel good about that.

A trip out of town, and one evening out, shot my diet. I requested on my out of town trip we eat at a buffet so I could have veg. and fruit, but that did not happen. On the bight side, I did walk 2 times this week. Not good enought, but I will do better this week!
