Starting my morning off with my natural supplements.
I take these atleast 30minutes before breakfast and will have the lemon ginger tea with my breakfast . These help with energy, boost in metabolism ,full of anti-oxidents, helps with burning fat and more!

Here are some tips that I have benefited from in terms of weight loss :
-warm water with some lemon (first thing in the morning ) or during meals. Green tea helps but I mix my teas so I will use a green tea bag,OOlong tea and ginger tea and sip it slowly.
-apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoon mixed in warm water or grapefruit juice 30minures before meals.
-I carried a bottle of water around with me, literally everywhere I go. The lighter the bottle gets,the easier it is to carry.literally helps with getting that water intake.
