After reaching my half way mark for water intake , I sip a cup of tea. This cup today , I have added green tea bag and OOlong tea bag. This helps with easier digestion (especially after my snack),improve fat mobilization and weight loss.Enjoy!

The egg boiler is an absolute life saver. I’m in the middle of exams and I tend to never feel full but then stress eat. Boiled eggs help me keep fuller longer . I enjoy it with the A.Vogel Healy salt. It’s a healthier option and tastes really good
