We had a day at the beach and eating lots of food. It was very windy and my hair was crazy and my face was burnt red. Sunday fun day

Breakfast at the beach with Joel and Sarah and hubby Jerry. Bright and sunny day. Lots of boats. Thousands of people. Very crowded. Social distancing. We are under the Pavilion by ourselves at a picnic table.

Ok DP, you have inspired me with your pictures. I am going to post a picture of me 40 lbs ago which would be June of 2019. Until I got serious with FS and read all the different ways of eating and went through the learning curve, I was not really sure how to do this. In my picture I have no muscle definition. I am not sure how much I will be able to lift weights with my joint damage. we are going to start at the gym when it reopens. Maybe within one year I might have a little bit of definition like DP. I hope to reach my weight goal within a year. Thank you DP for sharing your photos with everyone.
