So busy with preparing for the new grandbaby. He was born yesterday emergency C-section. He is the love of our lives right now. First baby close by in 18 years. He is so beautiful.

OK Linda, get with the program. You know what not to eat. no salt, no sugar, no bread, only protein and nutrient dense vegetables.
You are retaining way too much water from all of that salt you ate yesterday. Pay attention and eat mindfully. That is the key.

A big celebration for my granddaughter's 18th birthday. Such a fun day with lots of food that was so delicious! I tried not to overeat and I only ate a little sliver of birthday cake. I did not take my water pill yesterday for obvious reasons. I'm up 1 lb today. Tqhat's okay, it'll be gone tomorrow.
