Made some apple-walnut-oats muffins to celebrate the blue line. 145 kcal/muffin. Must be the first time in my life I bake anything outside of pizza.

So here it is: Goal met 4 days ahead of schedule. 21.7 BMI which is smack in the middle of the 18.5-24.9 normal range, and 22.5% estimated body fat which is still a bit high. 35.6 lbs dropped in 86 days (2+lbs/week), with an average of 260 kcal/day daily intake and not one bit of exercise. I did everything wrong by every standards, so do not try this at home if you are not used to eat very little. I am also celebrating 100 days without alcohol and that was my main source of energy before that, so not eating is not new to me. My rationale for not exercising is that I know I will not do that regularly in the long run (pun unintended), so gaining muscle mass does not seem to be a good idea.
Now comes maintenance. Reaching a 21% body fat level which is apparently the max recommended for my age would require shedding 10 more pounds, but I do not know if I want to do it the same way. I need nutrients and would like to go back to eating a little more while I keep losing weight at a slower rate, maybe 1 lbs/week. My guess is that I will continue to eat one meal a day (dinner) since I have been doing that forever and find a diet low in fat and sodium. Being born in cheese and sauce country, that is going to be tough. As for booze, I don't know. Maybe I can find wine by the half bottle and get one once in a while.
The weekend is coming and I have visitors so the numbers are not going to stay that low, but today, I am happy. Sorry for the long post, feel free to yell at me for my poor choices.
