What do you think of this calculator? Are these numbers reasonable? This is from

Using the BMI method, most places I see give 21% BF as an upper limit for my age. That would bring me down to 157 lbs for 6'1.5". I really feel like a sack of bones these days, so I am really surprised this is the upper limit.
The numbers are heavily influenced by the waist size compared to the weight, but the percentage of men in the fit category must be quite low. Not sure how I am going to do to stay there.
