161.5! That's a new low. I've dropped 4.5 lb since the same tom as last month, in spite of Easter overeating, so I'm pretty happy.
The Zumba DVD is a lot of fun! I've only done the Beginner and 1/2 the Advanced. And yes, I'm sweating from head to toe. (I did it while holding 3 lb weights because otherwise I don't feel anything on the arms.)
Last night when I came home there were brownies there, and I only had a little crumb. :)
Slept 6 hours, no bags this morning, and drank @ 8 cups and 3 cups of iced tea.

I now have bags on top of the bags under my eyes. This whole week I keep waking up after 5 hours and that's it, can't go back to sleep. Last night I slept 3 1/2 hours then woke up at 2:30 for no reason and just could not fall asleep again. I did for an instant, at 5:00 AM, and dreamt of my dad for the first time since he died 15 years ago. He looked radiant! He looked happier than I had ever seen him.
This is my 5th day of losing in a row, which is a nice change from the usual yoyo. This is my new all-time low, 162.
I had a very very stressful day Wednesday and again last night thinking about it.
Yesterday I had 6 cups of water (1 of them at 2AM! Very thirsty!), 3 cups of iced tea, and two cups of milk in a fruit smoothie.

Woke up VERY puffy today, but I weighed my all-time-low (162.5) so perhaps there's some progress here. OTOH, my TOM is coming up soon, so perhaps that may have something to do with it.
Yesterday I had 8 cups water, 2 cups milk, 3 cups iced tea.

Not too puffy this morning. Thirsty at 2 AM. Yesterday I drank 7 cups of water, 3 cups of black tea, and 2 cups of milk.
