Yesterday's weight in was actually friday's but I didn't know if I could change the date on it so I just entered it. Today is Monday proper's weigh in. It was where I wanted. So far I'm doing okay. I have on last work lunch left but I will have to get groceries if I am to eat properly the rest of the week.

Food wise, i did great, but I kept forgetting to take my diabetes and blood pressure meds in the afternoons. Bad week with extreme heatwaves and migraines.

I kept an eye on what I ate. No junk except a treat of banana popsicles. 50 calories and 10g carbs. I can have two snacks at 15g carbs. So my two popsicles come under that limit.
