ugh. i feel absolutely wretched. i don't know if it's extra mucus as a result of allergy season, or something i ate, or if i've just succumbed to a virus of some sort but i feel bloody awful!!! i'm so dizzy & nauseous, i can barely stand...even called off work for today...the kicker is that for once, i'm actually tired and lying down makes the dizziness so much worse that i can't go to bed!!!
to tone down the nausea, i got the only thing i know that helps, mickie dee fries and a cheeseburger...felt moderately better (it's some combination of the grease and the salt, i think) but still not enough to make the room stop spinning. obviously, i didn't go to the gym after work as i'd planned, so no exercise points today...

Wow, what a crazy day...it's probably not a good idea to work in a grocery store the day before Easter...it was an insane day!!!(pretty much on par with the night before Thanksgiving now that I'm thinking about it...)
I did relatively well on my diet today...it was gloomy and rainy most of the day so I was totally jonesing for soup and a grilled cheese sarnie but since I was at work, I did the best I could with HC soup and LC mac & cheese...
Went to the gym with Randa today, but I must admit I didn't really push myself that hard...

ok, so i know my points have looked bad over the past few days but in theory it's ok...as i understand it, i get 35 flex points per week to use as i see fit so those points plus exercise points should balance out...
wednesday i didn't exercise and i was 7 points over which leaves me with 28 flex points
yesterday i was also 7 points over, but i earned 4 exercise points which made me 3 points over which leaves me with 25 flex points

Well, I went over my points yesterday by 4 points but I did 4 exercise points today so it basically balances out...so far, so good!

wow, i've really been sucking at this lately...went to the doctor's a few weeks ago for a physical and weighed in at the biggest i've ever been...so i finally decided i was really going to try starting this past wednesday...in the past 3 days, i've had fast food twice, restaurant food once, a buttery soft pretzel and 4/5th of a stuffed crust pizza...i don't know why i keep sabotaging myself, it's like i want to fail or something, you know...but i don't...i'm tired of being the fat one. i'm tired of being the one the guys are nice to only to keep my pretty friend interested in them (and yes that does actually happen)...i need to change my ways!
