I might get used to this gluten free baking after all. I need to work on size consistency. But today, I don't care because I had a sandwich and a taco!

SO, I threw a bunch of crap I had on hand into a baking dish. It came out so good that both of my kiddos requested seconds. They told me that I make the best slop ever! And at less than 250kcal per serving it's definitely worth making again!

Made this beauty yesterday. First time trying 90 second bread. I don't care for it in sandwich format, but perhaps buttered on the side of a meal? I don't know. It was nice to have chicken salad outside of a bowl though.

I've completed week 2 of 12 and I remain suspect of the dictionary's definition of the word gentle; perhaps the individual who developed this program. This regimen has continued to do nothing for the lump on my posterior, and the impression of ease provided by The Karate Kid continues to irk me. However, it can be said that this appears to have very little in common with a Tony Little infomercial, which I consider to be a plus; there will be zero baseball caps with folded brims in my home! I continue to evade trips to the gym and the ever so popular yoga pants.
