Oops. I got a craving for junk food tonight. Ate a healthy dinner then came home and went crazy. I did log it, I have to stay honest to myself.
Tomorrow is another day. Back on the horse.

One Week Complete! I kept very close to my target daily calories. I went over a bit today, but I've set my target low enough that I should be ok. I've done a phenomenal job keep my carbs under control (diabetes). As a result my blood glucose has come way down, which is the most important thing for me overall. I am excited about Sunday's weigh in.
Really happy at this point. If I can keep it up for 2 more weeks, that should get me back in the groove

Well this looks good, but I'm not sure how accurate my initial weigh in was. Next Sunday will be the real deal. Still this is a great confidence boost. Everyone have a great week.
